Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from mybeanbag.com you may return it for a full refund under the following conditions:

    • mybeanbag.com must be contacted within 10 days after you have received your purchase. Please email customerservice@mybeanbag.com explaining the reason for the request to return.
    • The goods must be returned to mybeanbag.com in the same condition it arrived and in its original packaging with all parts included and no labels removed from the product. Please include a copy of your original invoice and the return authorization number provided by our customer service department, so that we can process your refund quickly. Return shipping charges will be at the customer's expense.
    • All monogramming items are non refundable.
    • Any item on sale at 20% or more is considered a final sale.
    • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged from shipping, contact customerservice@mybeanbag.com immediately or call 1-866-BEANBAG Ext 202, so that we may start the claims process for you. Keep all packaging as FedEx will need to make a claim. FedEx will pick up the damaged merchandise in the original box and return it to us for processing. Mybeanbag will then send you a replacement product.
